Before I get into the specific opportunities, however, let me first say that we take hiring very seriously.

We have a stellar, no-drama virtual team with an amazing internal culture that I’m blessed to be a part of–and that’s because we have a very comprehensive process to identify folks who are truly in alignment with who we are and what we do as a company.

Sales Representative (aka. Strategy Coach) 
  •     Perform cost-­benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  •     Have a hunter mentality working established methodologies to find through cold calling new leads and work to close sales
  •     Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  •     Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  •     Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  •     Maintain sales reports and monitor sales platforms used on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
  •     Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  •     Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  •     Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  •     Continuously improve through feedback 
Customer Experience Representative:
This is a full-time employee position that works with the Director of Customer Experience to ensure qualitative and timely responses to our customer base to create raving fans for our brand and mission.
  •   Believes in the AYR Mission and wants to be a part of something bigger than themselves
  •   Responsible for ensuring an amazing customer journey for our clientele and nurtures those relationships
  •   Warm, friendly demeanor and outgoing personality
  •   Thrives in a high-paced work environment and knows how to prioritize responsibilities
  •   Phenomenal communication, organizational, computer/technical skills for phone calls, customer service software and emails, spreadsheets, and CMS systems.
  •   Ability to quickly but thoroughly investigate customer inquiries to ensure qualitative answers.
  •   Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required

These are amazing opportunities. And therefore, THE APPLICATION AND INTERVIEW PROCESS WILL BE THOROUGH.

Step #1: Create a short video answering these questions:

   - Which ONE position are you applying for?
   - Why are you the BEST person for the position?
   - What motivates you? / Why are you here?
   - How are you currently generating income, and why are you looking for something new?
   - Why would you be willing to work as hard as you’re going to work should we hire you?
   - What experience do you have in serving in a similar role? What skills are you bringing to the table?
   - What do you think will be your biggest challenge in the role?

     >> You MUST answer every question.

     >> The video must be no more than 4 minutes. If it’s more than 4 minutes, you’ll be disqualified.

Step #2: Submit your video to us at dreamteam@advanceyourreach.com — using a web LINK to your hosted video (e.g., vimeo, youtube, etc.)

      >> Send a web LINK only. If you send your video as a file, we will not open it.

Step #3: If you are selected to move to the next stage, an interview will be set up via video online.  

Step #4: If you are selected as a finalist, you will complete the Kolbe A Assessment.

Step #5: If your innate strengths are in line with what we are looking for, we will invite you to a final interview.

(Additional steps will be discussed only with candidates who are selected to move beyond Step 5.)
