THE POSITIONS

======================
Director of Sales
Sales of Advance your Reach “Product Suite”

  •  Total Company Sales. The Director of Sales will be responsible for making sure that the company hits it Sales Goals via the Sales Division of the company. He will have a hand in any “Sales” initiatives we have to hit the Sales goals. They will be responsible for Creating and Executing the Company Sales Plan  
  •  Day to Day Sales. The Director of Sales will make sales day in and day out as well as manage the sales teams day to day sales process and conversion rates. It is the goal of the company to not have to rely on events to make majority of their sales. There is an expectation for sales to be happening day in and day out and week in and week out. (AYR recognizes that as the Processes get built this will get easier). The Sales Director will help establish a pipe and track key metrics (Conversations, Opportunities, Sales Reports, etc) as they work daily sales activities.    
  •  Event Sales. The Director of Sales will be responsible for executing the sales strategy that takes place at any AYR Event (Reach Live, Execution workshops, Community events,, etc). They will also be the one to travel (or organize a team member to travel) to other people’s events where we have sales opportunity.
Establish the Sales Processes & Systems
  •  Determine Buyer’s Journey. The Director of Sales will work closely with CEO and Founder, Pete Vargas, to determine the “established” systematic way that we will take our potential buyers, leads and referrals through.   
  •   Build the Processes. The Director of Sales will build out the processes that help streamline the buyer’s journey. He/she will determine the systems that are best served to do this. They will also build out the processes that are needed to keep track of the Key Sales KPI’s (these KPI’s will be determined within the first 30-90 days)    
  •  Build the Team. Within the first year the Director of Sales will be responsible for building our sales team. Building is defined as Recruiting, Training, Onboarding and Monitoring their success. The above processes should also be established in alignment with our EOS Model and the format established by our Integrator and Leadership Team. The processes should allow a new outbound or inbound sales rep to be trained and onboarded with processes & systems. The Director of Sales is responsible for managing all commission reports, event revenue metrics, and lead reporting.
  •  Special Projects. The Director of Sales will manage special projects related to the care and cultivating of our high-end clients.  
Sales Representative (aka. Strategy Coach) 
  •  Total Company Sales. The Sales Representative will be a pivotal part of the AYR Team in making sure the company hits it's Sales Goals. 
  •  Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships 
  •  Day to Day Sales. The Sales Representative will make sales day in and day out.  It is the goal of the company to not have to rely on events to make the majority of their sales. There is an expectation for sales to be happening day in and day out...week in and week out. 
  •  Event Sales. Sales Representatives are expected to follow through on the sales strategy that is put in place at any AYR Event (Reach Live, Execution Workshops, Community Events, etc). They may also travel to other people's events where we have sales opportunities. 
  • Tracking & Reporting. The Sales Representative will do a great job of tracking and reporting within the sales tools that AYR uses. They will also be prompt (within the same business day) of following up with Prospects. They will have different weekly/monthly/quarterly metrics that the Director of Sales will monitor.  
Customer Experience Representative:
  •  Believes in the AYR Mission and wants to be a part of something bigger than themselves
  •  Responsible for ensuring an amazing customer journey for our clientele and nurtures those relationships
  •  Warm, friendly demeanor and outgoing personality
  •  Exhibits grit and tenacity; will strive for success in all areas of responsibility
  •  Thrives in a high-paced work environment and knows how to prioritize responsibilities
  •  Phenomenal communication, organizational, computer/technical skills 
  •  Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required
Copywriter
This is a part-time, contract position. This individual will work with our Marketing Team to create amazing copy that converts.
  •  This requires SUPERB writing abilities and a cunning, strategic mind to develop compelling marketing messages and marketing campaigns that effectively drive sales results.
  •  Belief and passion for the Advance Your Reach message 
  •  The ability to craft engaging and effective narrative and sales copy in the "voice" of Advance Your Reach 
  •  A rapid ability to take large amounts of information and distill them into engaging copy 
  •  Absolute requirement to hit deadlines, superb communication and project management skills 
  •  Is comfortable with feedback, focused on results, and has a deep desire to constantly improve–both writing ability and results 
  •  Loves working as part of a team and values collaboration and being a team player 
For this position, in addition to submitting a video, please submit a portfolio with a writing sample. No submissions without a portfolio and writing sample will be reviewed.

Step #3: If you are selected to move to the next stage, an interview will be set up via video online.  

Step #4: If you are selected as a finalist, you will complete the Kolbe A Assessment.

Step #5: If your innate strengths are in line with what we are looking for, we will invite you to a final interview.

(Additional steps will be discussed only with candidates who are selected to move beyond Step 5.)
