THE POSITIONS

======================
Bookkeeper / Accountant
This is a full-time, salaried position. Salary dependent on experience.
  •   General Ledger: Maintenance, daily transaction posting/reconciliations, monthly account reconciliations, account analysis.
  •   Manage accounts payable processes and SOP’s: Develop new SOP’s as needed.
  •   Manage payroll process: Process payroll for employees on a bi-weekly basis using appropriate software and SOP’s.
  •   Sales and accounts receivable reporting: Work with team to collect on A/R, scheduled reporting of A/R created and shared on time, and other A/R tasks.
  •   Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain and update forecast and actual performance vs. forecast; analyze and report on monthly processing fees, and other related tasks.
  •   Cash Flow: Manage and expedite all cash flow issues.
  •   Miscellaneous: Coordinate annual tax prep efforts with external tax accountant, maintain bookkeeping and accounting and reporting procedures manual, other duties as deemed necessary.

This is a full-time employee position that works with the Director of Customer Experience to ensure qualitative and timely responses to our customer base to create raving fans for our brand and mission.

  •  Responsible for ensuring an amazing customer journey for our clientele and nurtures those relationships
  •  Warm, friendly demeanor and outgoing personality
  •  Thrives in a high-paced work environment and knows how to prioritize responsibilities
  •  Phenomenal communication, organizational, computer/technical skills for phone calls, customer service software and emails, spreadsheets, and CMS systems. 
  •  Ability to quickly but thoroughly investigate customer inquiries to ensure qualitative answers. 
  •  Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required
Human Resources Tech/Assistant
This is a full-time employee position that works with the Director of Human Resources to recruit and retain the best players for all positions on the team.

  •  Believes in the AYR Mission and wants to be a part of something bigger than themselves; 
  •  Create professional job postings for internal and external use; Post and renew job advertisements on various online sites and job boards
  •  Search various online resume databases and social media forums, including Internet Job Boards and Social Networking sites, for suitable and qualified candidates
  •  Review incoming resumes from various sources and assess suitability to the company and open positions
  •  Select candidates who meet the requirements of open positions, and conduct initial pre-screen interviews, either over the phone or in person, in a highly professional manner
  •  Further select and recommend candidates to hiring coordinators for interviewing, providing detailed notes and candidate profiles
  •  Request and review Kolbe Scores to make sure they match the position
  •  Coordinate and schedule interviews with appropriate team members and hiring coordinators
  •  Follow-up with and maintain contact with all candidates during the entire process
  •  Conduct thorough reference checks on applicable candidates prior to the employment process
  •  Initiate background checks as required
  •  Prepare and provide candidates with offer letters
  •  Maintain accurate records and reporting
  •  Other specific responsibilities to be shared during the interview process
Marketing Assistant
This is a full-time, employee position of 40 hours per week. During product launch periods, this position will be 50 - 60 hours. This individual will work with our Director of Marketing and other members of the Marketing Team. 
  •   This requires SUPERB writing abilities and communication skills
  • Belief and passion for the Advance Your Reach message
  •  Loves working as part of a team and values collaboration and being a team player
  •  Some light administrative assistance for the Director of Marketing and the Marketing Department
  •  Will assist as needed with marketing campaigns and promotions
  •  Genuine interest in marketing & willingness to learn new things is a must
  •  Organized and detail oriented, ability to hit deadlines
  •  Will assist with communicating changes and working with Graphic Designers, Video Editors, Copywriters and other members of the Marketing team
  •  Will assist with Marketing reporting & analytics
  •  Help manage changes to presentation decks
  •  Responsible for maintaining the AYR Testimonial Library
  •  Responsible for maintaining the AYR Assets & Collaterals List
  •  Assist in managing the AYR Editorial Calendar 
  •  Some special projects (example: video logging)
  •  Experience with Graphic Design and video editing is preferred, but not required
  •  Experience with Infusionsoft & other tech applications (Clickfunnels, Bucket.io, etc) is an added plus, but not required. 
Sales Team Assistant

  • Complete travel research to optimize times for reps travel and booking travel as needed
  •  Create expense reports for each rep
  •  Keeping Master database of best practice email templates up to do date
  •  Pulling weekly reports and ensuring department scorecard is updated 
  •  Doing all payment processing and follow-up for the department. Being able to answer high-level sales questions and objections
  •  Be the conduit between Customer Experience and Sales by following up on support requests in a timely manner to ensure they are resolved as quickly as possible and to the customers’ satisfaction
  •  Helping with call scheduling
  •  Attend live events and assist as the onsite traffic management helping to book onsite strategy sessions and to process orders
  •  At events, helping to order meals and work with meal budget for onsite staff
  •  Ordering print materials from our supplier for events
  •  If interested, doing assigned training to become a sales rep
  •  Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  •  Administrative onboarding tasks for new Sales Reps
  •  Setting up project tasks in our project management software Teamwork and tracking and reporting of progress back to Director of Sales
  •  Provide general Executive Assistant support to Director of Sales

Step #3: If you are selected to move to the next stage, an interview will be set up via video online.  

Step #4: If you are selected as a finalist, you will complete the Kolbe A Assessment.

Step #5: If your innate strengths are in line with what we are looking for, we will invite you to a final interview.
